The Griffith training center was established in 2012. Previously located at the East Chicago Ivy Tech Campus, the Griffith training center is home to the Merrillville chapter apprentices. Headed by state instructor Jeff Cavinder, the Griffith training center continues to improve upon its facility to work towards a leading edge training facility.
